Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data antonov-design.com handles, why, and what rights you have. Plain language, no small print.

Who is responsible

The site is run by Gabriel Antonov, graphic and web designer, Pleven, Bulgaria. For anything about your data, write to gabriel.antonov13@gmail.com.

What data is collected

• When you write to me — your email address, name and whatever you put in the message. Used only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project.
• Server logs — the hosting provider (JetHost, EU) keeps standard technical logs: IP address, browser, pages requested and time. Kept for security and kept short.
• Analytics, only with your consent — if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage: pages viewed, approximate country, device type, how you arrived. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. If you choose “Necessary only”, Analytics is not loaded at all.

Third parties

• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
• Google Analytics — only after consent, see above. Google may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Embedded live sites — some case studies show other websites inside the page (gmobi.bg, euroready.bg, dosadno.bg, antonova-stars.com). Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Legal basis

Replying to your message and running a project — steps before a contract and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs — legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence and invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to gabriel.antonov13@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
